my kitchen: peach cobbler

ingredients:

1 cup of wheat flour

1 cup of sugar grinded

1 n half teaspoon of soda bicarbonate

275g of margerine

1 tin of peach

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

3 tablespoon of sugar

how?
melt the margerine in the oven at temp 190 degrees.

use caserole dish sized 13x9x2 cm

mix flour, sugar, soda bicarbonate in a separate dish.

pour fresh milk into the dry mixture n mix together thoroughly.

pour the mixture into the caserole dish.

sprinkle peach juice onto the mixture.

arrange peach on the mixture.

apply powdered cinnamon n sugar.


bake in the oven at 175-190 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until it becomes golden brown. enjoy!
